Refund policy

At Carbon Reboot, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We carefully inspect and pack every order before dispatch. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests only in the following situations:

● The product was received damaged or defective.

● You received a wrong product or incomplete order.

● The product received is significantly different from the product description.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, wherever applicable.

For DIY kits, craft materials, colours, clay, festival kits, and other consumable items, returns may not be accepted once the package has been opened or used.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Share your order number and a brief description of the issue.

3. Provide clear photographs or videos of:

● The product received

● The damaged or defective portion

● The outer packaging and shipping label

Our team will review the request and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

Please retain the original packaging until your complaint has been resolved.

3. Return Request Process

Please mention “Return Request – Order #[Order Number]” in the subject line.

Return requests submitted after 48 hours from delivery may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once your return or refund request is approved, we will process the applicable refund.

Refunds may be provided through the original payment method used for the order.

For prepaid orders, refunds will generally be processed within 5–7 business days after approval, subject to payment provider and bank processing times.

Shipping and delivery charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or damaged product.

5. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are generally non-returnable:

● Products that have been used, painted, altered, assembled, or modified.

● Opened DIY kits or craft kits where the contents have been used.

● Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or use.

● Products without their original packaging, where the packaging is necessary for resale.

● Customized or personalized products.

● Products returned without prior approval from Carbon Reboot.

● Products purchased during a clearance or final-sale promotion, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If an order has already been shipped, the customer may need to accept the delivery and follow the applicable return process.

7. Return Shipping

If the product was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, Carbon Reboot may bear the applicable return shipping cost.

For other approved returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning a product. Carbon Reboot is not responsible for products lost or damaged during customer-arranged return shipping until they reach us.

8. Exchange / Replacement

Where available, Carbon Reboot may offer a replacement instead of a refund for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Replacement is subject to product availability.

If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of equivalent value or a refund, as applicable.

9. Undelivered or Returned-to-Sender Orders

If an order is returned to Carbon Reboot because of an incorrect address, repeated delivery failure, refusal to accept the package, or the customer being unavailable to receive the shipment, any applicable refund may be processed after deducting applicable shipping and return-to-origin charges.

10. Handmade & Natural Product Variations

Carbon Reboot products may include natural, handmade, clay, terracotta, or eco-friendly materials.

Minor variations in colour, texture, shape, size, or finish may occur and are a natural characteristic of handmade and natural products. Such variations will generally not be considered defects.

Colours displayed on a screen may also vary slightly from the actual product due to differences in lighting, photography, and individual device displays.

11. Policy Changes

Carbon Reboot reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time.

Any updated policy will be published on this page with the revised effective date.
